How Our Call-out Pricing Works

We keep pricing simple and transparent. Your estimated call-out fee is based on the driving distance from our Ridgeworth office, while the exact amount is confirmed by the calculator above before you book.

Distance-based call-out fee

Your call-out fee is calculated using the driving distance from our office in Ridgeworth, Bellville. The zone cards provide a quick estimate, while the calculator gives you the personalised amount for your address.

Travel and first hour included

Your quoted call-out price includes travel to your address, professional diagnosis, consultation and the first hour of onsite support. You know the starting cost before we arrive.

Fair ongoing billing

If more time is needed after the included first hour, additional onsite support is billed in 15-minute increments. We explain the options clearly before carrying out extra work.

Standard Terms

The following terms apply to normal onsite and remote support bookings.

  • Minimum onsite charge: One hour, including travel and the first 60 minutes of labour.
  • No Fix, No Fee: Applies where no meaningful diagnosis, solution or useful recommendation can be provided.
  • Additional onsite time: Billed in 15-minute increments after the included first hour.
  • Remote support: R375 per 30-minute session, with no travel fee.
  • Distance calculation: Based on Google Maps driving distance from our Ridgeworth office.
  • Parts and software: Any additional hardware, licences or third-party costs are quoted separately for approval.
No hidden surprises: If the work is likely to take longer or require additional parts, we will explain the options and obtain your approval before proceeding.
